As we're incorporating more of the Paleo way of eating into our diet, I decided to try a Paleo version of the banana bread we make each week. This involves using almond flour and coconut flour and substituting sugar with dates and maple syrup.
I threw in the magic chocolate chips though because I know my kids just love that.
