While cleaning out part of my freezer, I came across Botticelli mini chocolate shells which I'd plan at some point to use but forgot all about them. I also found a bag of Halloween eyeball caramel chocolates. I needed to make something.
So I threw the eyeballs into a bowl over hot water to melt.

These are great to make with kids and can be made a few days in advance and kept in the fridge until Easter Sunday. Note: it can be a sticky mess but I'm sure that won't deter the kids!
Ingredients are chow mein noodles, mini marshmallows, caramel (dulce de leche), chocolate chips, butter, and mini chocolate eggs.
