<p style="padding-left: 30px;">What is Panna Cotta?  I&#8217;m happy to inform.  Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert and since I want to BE Italian, this dessert automatically is moved up on my list of bucket-list-desserts.  Panna Cotta made by simmering sugar, milk, cream and gelatin together.  Its served cold and with fruit toppings or something more extravagant like chocolate.</p>

<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Ingredients for my version of Panna Cotta are milk, gelatin, heavy cream, caster sugar, vanilla extract and of course chocolate. (I forgot to include the sugar in the photo)</p>
