It all started with the rescue of a wolf dog - a wolf that had been bred with a dog - that was going to be put to death at a local animal shelter. Darlene, the owner of Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center, took it upon herself to rescue other wolf hybrids and soon had a sanctuary for wolves, coyotes and foxes.
We booked a tour for the afternoon and our ...
Did you know that if you boil strawberry leaves they can remove tartar from teeth?
A useless piece of information unless you're the only survivor for miles after a meteor has struck earth, you've wandered into a field, find yourself surrounded by wild strawberries and realize your teeth need a good cleaning.
You never know when you'll need that useless piece of information.

THE RAIN DANCE
Part One
There once was an indian who decided to do a rain dance.
He got too shy and self conscious to complete the rain dance and sat on the step and cried.
Later on in the day, a meeting with his wise older brother convinced the indian to start over and with his brother’s help, the indian decided to attempt the rain dance once again.

I love how the vacationers stroll down the pavement, ride their bikes and enjoy the sunshine. Its idyllic.
My boys are water babies so mention 'pool' or 'beach' and there are no complains from the peanut gallery.
We had flexing of ...
